Unfortunately modding game maker is bytecode patching and when a game is updated, it breaks the mod usually and takes a while to update so I’ll probably never get around to updating it since I’m working on my own games now :9 Good luck and thanks for the good games! GHV already doesn’t punish you for being chain fucked which is good and goes well with the changes since I wasn’t really interested in causing more game overs. I do have a number of complaints/wishes, if you’re taking feedback.ġ. Though I applaud the novel combat system, it’s more aggravation than it’s worth to have to hit three different keys in the right sequence with the right timing.
Not all of us have gamer keyboards, or even ones with separate up/down keys. Not all of us have the dexterity of 12 year olds.Ģ. Though I applaud the novel means of enemy attack (phasing so you can’t always attack them) and their attack logic, all too often I am easily killed by weak monsters even though I’m about half way up the upgrade path. Probably the simplest fix would be to give me some time to press the escape key.
